Where does Storks.com Deliver to?
Storks.com delivers Globally through our network of Authorized Licensed Dealers. If we do not have delivery service available in your area we will let you know within 24 hours of placing your Quote Request. For this reason, we do NOT require a credit card when requesting a free quote. If you wish to Order your Stork once you have received your quote, we will send you a link to complete your order.

When do you deliver?
In most areas, we deliver 7 days a week (except holidays).

How much do you charge?
Our Stork Package Prices vary depending on Location and Duration. Please click on “Get A Free Quote”. All Storks.com Packages include a Free Baby Plaque Keepsake.

How big are the signs?
Our Stork signs are designed to be noticed and impressive. They stand from 6 feet tall and up depending on delivery location.

Do I need a lawn to order my Stork?
No. We can Deliver and set-up a “Portable” version of our Stork. This set-up is ideal for office locations, apartments, porches, terraces, etc.

What if I want to move the sign?
If you would like to move the location, please let us know and we will do it for you for a small fee. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to people or property that occurs if you try to move our sign.

Can I mow and water my lawn?
Please refrain from mowing or trimming near our sign as it may cause damage. Try to stay at least three feet away from the sign when landscaping. Watering your lawn is fine.

What if the sign becomes damaged?
If you notice any damage as a result of severe weather, please let us know right away. Your dealer reserves the right to charge a fee if our sign is stolen or damaged.

Can children play on the sign?
Our signs are NOT designed to be climbed on. We cannot be held responsible for any Injury(s) and/or Damage(s).

How long can I rent the sign?
We offer rental packages of 1, 5, 7 or 10 days. You can extend your rental at a nominal price if you wish. (Advance notice may be necessary ).

How much lead-time do you require?
Generally we need at least 24 hours notice. Please place your order as soon as possible. Once we have your order request, we will confirm availability.

What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept PayPal, and all Major Credit Cards online.

Can I get an Invoice?
Once you order has been processed, you will receive an Invoice via email.

What is your Refund Policy?
You may receive a refund of rental fees if you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to delivery date. If we have already designed a personalized keepsake, we will deliver the keepsake and charge $40.00. If extreme weather prevents us from delivering your sign, we will attempt to redeliver within the next 2 days. If we cannot deliver the sign, we will issue a refund. If we make an error on any personalized orders, please notify us immediately and we will replace it ASAP. You will NOT receive a refund if the homeowner stops us from setting up our sign(s), if we are asked to remove the display(s), if we are given the wrong address, if we are given the wrong personalization, if we are not allowed access into a community, if the homeowner’s dog is loose or for any other reason beyond our control.

How can I become a Storks.com Dealer?
