Storks.com offers our items from under $2.00 and up. We try to maintain a diverse price range for every budget. If there is something you want but do not see or you have a price concern, feel free to contact us.

Does Storks.com Custom Personalize Gifts? ๐Ÿค”

Yes. We can personalize many of the gift products we offer with high quality embroidery or vinyl.ย  If you do not see a personalized option available on an item that you like, please contact us here.

Can I buy a Gift Certificate? ๐Ÿค”

Yes. Storks.com offers online Gift Certificates from $5.00 – $250.00. In many cases, this is a perfect gift option for an expectant parent who hasn’t had the baby yet. These Gift Certificates are delivered immediately by email following the purchase.

I am buying for a gift. Does your package contain an invoice? ๐Ÿค”

Many of the items purchased on Storks.com are for gifts. Therefore, we do not include an invoice on delivery. Invoices are sent to the purchaser via email and are also available online 24/7 by logging into your account.

How do I Register my Plush Stork Keepsake? ๐Ÿค”

To register your Stork Click Here. We will have your information and Certificate available within one week of completion. We will then send you the online link to view and download your keepsake. Note: Only Genuine Storks.com Storks are available for Registration and Certificates. All Storks with our Storks.com Brand Label are accepted.

Where does Storks.com deliver to? ๐Ÿค”

Storks.com delivers throughout the United States. Our Products and Services are hand delivered through our network of Local Dealers. If we don’t have a dealer in your area, you can order through our Corporate Online Store and we will ship it via UPS, USPS, FedEx, Etc.

Does Storks.com deliver to hospitals? ๐Ÿค”

Yes. Our local Storks.com dealer will be happy to deliver directly to the hospital. However, if we do not have a local Storks.com dealer in that area, we will Not ship to the hospital. Personal deliveries are only available in certain areas.

How are your Gift Bundles packaged? ๐Ÿค”

Our Gift Bundles are truly unique. We offer decorative Gift Baskets, Gift Tubs, Gift Wagons, Gift Totes and more. Most of our baby gifts are decoratively wrapped in clear cellophane. Our Tote Bundles come in our eco-friendly Storks.com reusable pink or blue Tote Bags which are also decoratively wrapped in clear cellophane. We believe in being green (as well as Pink and Blue). Our Tote Bags are lightweight yet durable and include a bottom pad insert for extra support. Keep your gift memory going for many years to follow, each time this tote bag is used for daily activities such as errands, shopping, etc.

How long does it take to ship your merchandise? ๐Ÿค”

Most merchandise on Storks.com ships within 48 hours.ย  When our merchandise is hand-delivered,ย  it usually takes 2-3 days to receive. You can check with your local dealer for more information.

What do you charge for shipping? ๐Ÿค”

We currently use a four (4) tier Flat Rate fee ranging from Free and Up. Rates generally depend on item/package size. Small Sized Products, Medium Products, Larger Products and Oversized. Our Flat Rate calculates the highest priced single product and additional products are included in this rate. If you want to see the Shipping Rate, place the item of interest in your Shopping Cart.

How long does it take to send out a Greeting Card ๐Ÿค”

We use beautiful electronic calligraphy when writing out your greeting card. It is sent out within 24 hours of your order.ย  We send First Class through the United States Post Office (USPS). If we receive your order early enough, it is usually mailed out the same day.

Do you Rent or Sell Announcement Stork Signs? ๐Ÿค”

We now Sell our Stork Signs since we developed a less expensive and practical alternative to the high price of sign rentals. They are yours to keep and cherish the memory forever. Why rent… when you can own?

What methods of payment are accepted? ๐Ÿค”

We accept all Major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and G-Pay.

What is your return policy? ๐Ÿค”

Returns can be made within 20 days of receipt if unused and in new condition. We charge a 20% restocking/handling fee. We do not accept returns on personalized items. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please contact us for a Return Authorization. If purchased from another store, please contact them.
